Refund policy

1. The perfume level in the bottle must not decrease by more than 5ml.
2. Please inform us about your return via WhatsApp at +923474703303 before sending the product.
3. Customers are required to return the perfume through a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) at their own expense.
4. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. For orders that qualified for free delivery, delivery charges will be deducted as per the courier rates.
6. A 4% tax deduction will be applied on all Cash On Delivery Refunds.
7. Samples are non-refundable.
8. All returned items must include the original box, pouch, and any other packaging materials.
9. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
10. Products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
